These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of codaiman.com and the products available on it, including siteIQ, ToolHub, Code With Squad, Fluenzo, and our browser extensions (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You're responsible for the accounts, sites, and content you connect to or scan through the Services (for example, siteIQ audits and Google Search Console connections), and you confirm you're authorized to audit or monitor those sites.

Some tools are provided as free, self-serve utilities (e.g. ToolHub). Others may involve account creation and, in the future, paid plans — we'll always be clear about what's free and what isn't before you're charged.

If you sign in with Google, you authorize us to access the profile information and (where applicable, such as siteIQ's Search Console integration) the scopes you approve during sign-in. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we access and how it's used. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to attack, scan, or audit a site without authorization to do so
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass rate limits or security controls on the Services
• Reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the Services beyond normal use
• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or a third party's rights

We aim to keep the Services reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Some features depend on third-party data providers (for example, backlink and traffic data); if a provider is unavailable, the affected feature may be temporarily degraded, and we'll show that clearly rather than silently showing wrong data.

The Services, including their design, code, and content, belong to Codaiman unless otherwise noted. You retain ownership of any content or data you submit (such as URLs you scan or files you process through ToolHub).

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Audit results, scores, and suggestions (including AI-generated ones) are informational and not a guarantee of security, SEO ranking, or performance outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Codaiman is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
